What to expect

First day at the gym.

New families have questions. Here's what a first day actually looks like — and what to bring.

01

Show up a little early

Get there 10–15 minutes before class so we can get to know your kid, walk you through the gym, and get them gloved up.

02

What to wear

Athletic clothes they can move in. Sneakers (no boots, no flip-flops). Hair tied back if it's long.

03

What we provide

Gloves, hand wraps, and bag access for new athletes. As they progress, we'll talk about getting their own gear.

04

How class runs

Warm-up, footwork drills, technique work on the bags or pads, and conditioning. Everyone goes at their level. No one gets thrown into sparring on day one.

05

Parents are welcome

Stay and watch. We'd rather you see exactly what's happening than wonder. Bring a friend, bring a sibling.

06

Questions on pricing

We keep it simple and fair. Call or text 269-355-2903 and we'll talk you through what fits your family.

01

Youth Boxing

Ages 7+ · Mon–Thu · 5:30–6:30 PM

The core of what we do. Footwork, stance, jab, cross, hook, defense, and conditioning. Built for the long game — kids who want to learn the actual sport. Discipline, respect, and physical fitness baked in.

02

Teen Boxing

Ages 13–17 · Schedule on request

Older athletes work with our youth program but with sharper expectations on technique, conditioning, and sparring readiness. Many move into the competition team.

03

Adult Boxing

All levels · Schedule on request

Real boxing for adults. Beginners learn fundamentals at their own pace. Experienced fighters get sparring, pad work, and conditioning at intensity. Not a kickboxing class.

04

Competition Team

By invitation · USA Boxing sanctioned

For athletes ready to fight. We register, prepare, and corner you at sanctioned bouts. Fight prep includes strength & conditioning, weight management, and tactical study.

05

Fitness & Conditioning

Open access

Boxing-style conditioning for athletes who want the workout without the sparring. Plus weightlifting and accessory work alongside the rest of the gym.

06

Epic DogHouse Trips

Competition team athletes

Travel to tournaments. Team building beyond the gym. Exposure that builds confidence and broadens perspective. A defining part of the program for our young athletes.
